Because our caramels are handcrafted and consumable, all sales are final. That said, if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery using the form below or directly via email to kelly@kellycanna.com with your order details and a photo if possible. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.

We’re unable to offer refunds for flavor preferences or ordering errors, and we can’t guarantee shipments once marked delivered—but we’re always happy to help where we can.
